Advertising and marketing services

Purchasing is the acquisition of Kymsote, Kymenlaakso Social and Health Services Municipal Association's communications office services for the municipal council and the external communication news. The service provider must be able to plan and implement the checkshort time keeping the message of time signal in different channels.

Framework:

Purchase of a messaging service is implemented as a framework order. The framework arrangement is intended to provide service providers who can support the subscriber in a versatile manner by providing individual services / events and the entire sote service entity.In the design, development and implementation of the project, the client develops his own abilities. The mission of the messaging service is very different in nature and scope. The subscriber tries to design the orders for half a year at a time, but orders can be made in myoes with a quick schedule. Assignments seek to make sucha for which it is possible to set goals and objectives. The service provider must commit to the goals. Three to five (3-5) service providers are selected for the framework arrangement according to the customer's need. Tenders are selected on the basis of total economic advantage, with a weight of 30% and a weight of 70%. Minicompetition within the framework organization:

Less than EUR 60, 000 (VAT 0%) purchases: The subscriber implements a mini-competition between service providers of the framework organization. The subscriber may purchase myoes directly from the service provider he / she deems most appropriate.

Purchases of over EUR 60, 000 (VAT 0%): The subscriber implements the mini-competition among the service providers of the framework organization.

The mini-contest is implemented so that the subscriber pyytaeae the offerrequest (sawnly) from all Framework Service Providers for the relevant project / factory request. Each call for tenders should present the internal support, objectives, quality requirements and overall schedule of the assignment and the criteria for the comparison and selection of the tenderer. The service provider makes the offer in writing (sawnly). The offer must be submittedproposal for action aid, binding workplace supply, total delivery price and delivery schedule. The service provider is selected in accordance with the terms of the invitation to tender for each mini-contest. For individual projects / factory defects, assignments should be made primarily with the same service provider, whereupon any additional support for the project / factory request will be ordered primarily from the same servicentuottajalta. However, the subscriber has the possibility to transfer the order to other service providers, for example due to quality and delivery difficulties, or if the names of the tenderers do not participate in the execution of the orders, or if the part or total objectives of the assignment have not been implemented as agreed.
