Recharging Gelderse energy tasking with the Energy Transition Model

The purpose of this tender is to reach a Framework Agreement with 1 Contractor that regions, municipalities and other stakeholders at the request of the Client, (technical) substantive supportwith the deployment of the Energy Transition Model (ETM).

The Framework Agreement relates to the support of 51 Gelderland municipalities (and 3 Utrecht municipalities as part of the Food Valley RES region) and 6 regions in the calculation of energy objectives via the ETM model.

The work to be carried out under the Framework Agreement relates to working with the ETM. In this, roughly 4 parts can be distinguished, namely:

1. Support with the ETM during regional workshops.

2. Updating the Energy Mix in ETM for all municipalities, regions and province.

3. Provide ETM training.

4. Occasional deployment requiring ETM.
