Framework agreement for the strategic and operational communication of the Agency for Nature and Forests

This contract concerns a framework agreement with regard to communication products, ranging from determining strategy to working out concrete cases and events.

This assignment concerns a framework agreement with regard to communication products, ranging from the definition of strategy, to the elaboration of concrete cases and events. supporting its strategic and operational communication, with the aim of creating uniformity and continuityin internal and external communication.

The tenderer may not be in 1 of the situations referred to in articles 67 up to and including 69 of the Public Procurement Act. This includes the mandatory grounds for exclusion, the grounds for exclusion related to tax and social debts, and the optional grounds for exclusion.

If a mandatory or optional grounds for exclusion applyon the tenderer, the tenderer can prove that the corrective measures he has taken are sufficient to prove his reliability despite the applicable ground for exclusion. If the contracting authority considers that evidence to be sufficient, the tenderer concerned is not excluded from the award procedure.

This provision applies individually to the participants whoand submit a tender as a combination, as well as to entities whose capacity the tenderer relies on to meet the selection criteria (see A.1.3., b). who are members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the tenderer or therein representation, decision making- or have the authority to audit.

Means of proof:

The tenderer submits a completed Uniform European Tender Document (UEA) as a declaration that no grounds for exclusion apply to him. See A.1.4. for more information about the UEA.

The tenderer will indicate any corrective measures on this UEA.

Non-discrimination:

The contracting authority has, at every stage of theprocedure, the possibility to exclude the tenderer if it can prove by any suitable means that the candidate or tenderer has violated the applicable obligations in terms of environmental, social and labor law referred to in Article 7 of the Public Procurement Act. Social legislation includes the following:
