The urban development department has room for a licensing authority environmental permits

The most importante tasks and responsibilities of the licensing authority:

You are responsible for the smooth running of the licensing processes:

You initiate process optimization;

You provide legal support and coach counselors;

You coordinate and handle (complex) applications;

You contribute to the development of licensing policy;

you initiate and implementinnovations in the field of services and new legislation;

You represent the municipality in case of objections and appeals;

You advise the board on permit issues and the executive policy.

Due to the influx of permit applications and the implementation of a new ICT program ( who provide adjustments in the work processes) we are looking for temporary supportg in the regular work at the department. The commencement of the assignment is Monday 17-9-2018 for the duration of 1 year. There is a possibility for extension. This extension is discussed before the end of the assignment and the exact duration is not yet known. It is an assignment for 24 to 36 hours per week. Please state clearly on the CV how many hours the candidate per weekis available.
