Contract Period

Future agreements refer to the period 1.1.2019, 31.12.2020 with a total of two extensions of one year at a time, i.e. lasting until 31.12.2022.

Contract renewal must be made in writing no later than four (4) maneuvers before the new pre-extension period.

Pre-execution tasks

Agreement will be signed underthe completion of the requirements of the coordinators as well as the fact that the price charged before the execution of the assignment is within the budget framework prior to the execution of the assignment.

Award procedure - The tender is to be completed as a public procurement contract under the Public Procurement Law (2016: 1145). Date of submission and validity of tenders

Invitation to tender must be made no later than7.9.2018. The tender shall be submitted for 90 days after the last day prior to the tender.

Uncertainties regarding procurement documents

Additional information is given by the freight response function in TendSign. Supplementary information on the procurement documents shall be issued no later than 6 days prior to the closing date.
