Lot 7 — Regulatory Consultancy — (The General Consultancy Framework)

Cadent seeks to award Contract/s for lot 7 of its General Consultancy Framework.

The provision of consultancy and advisory services, as relevant to utilities, covering but not limited to the following areas:

— regulatory economics,

— economic theory,

— regulatory principles,

— financial cost modeling,

— financial risk,

— customer research.
