CPV Description: Provision of GAIAOSE support services for the management of rolling stock. According to articles 5, 6, 6A and 8 of Law 3891/2010 on the rehabilitation and modernization of the railway system, GAIAOSE Has exclusive management and commercial exploitation of railway property. 2.1.3. In addition to this, GAIAOSE will manage approximately 170 EU-owned rolling stockROFIMA which are covered by the leasing agreements of the OSE / Greek State with EUROFIMA.2.1.4. Following the takeover of the above new activity, the Contracting Authority seeks the recruitment of a specialized consultant who will undertake the preparation of the rolling stock fleet management plan, will support the Contracting Authority in the implementation of the new competenceAnd transfer relevant know-how to the staff of the Contracting Authority. The Contractor's Project includes the following actions: Start: Finalization of a Project Implementation Plan Action 1: Determination of the Contracting Authority's Short and Long-Term Objectives on the Management of Rolling Stock and the Activities Related to It.
