Alingsas municipality hereby invites you to submit an application to participate in the procurement of consultancy services for business and organizational development, project management, leadership and staff. Introduction

The Municipality of Alingsa carries out aFramework contract procurement for management consultants and invite bidders, hereinafter referred to as suppliers, to submit tenders in accordance with this procurement document. The actual outcome may be savael higher as campre and some guaranteed volumes are not left out. which can affect the need, the volumes, the number of contract users or the delivery figure. The order volume during the total contract period is estimated at approximately SEK 4, 000, 000.

Objects and scope

The framework agreement includes consultancy-supported current organizational development, methodology and leadership development

Organizational development in connection with the change and development work that takes place within the framework of Alingsa`s municipality`s operations. Examples of assignments:

- oversight organizational structures and work processes;rocesses, mappings and zero-case analyzes,

- process and methodology

- process management in connection with workshops savael internally as with external partners etc.,

- review of roles and powers,

- different governance models

- develop functions and see new functions

- the organization`s culture

- how the behaviors, attitudes and values affect the organization,

- efficiency analyzes

- benchmarking withinmunicipality, group and with other municipalities / regions,

- nearby services

The supplier designs and carries out the work in close collaboration with the client.

The supplier undertakes that in carrying out the assignments, use the required number of people, with the task adequate training, skills and experience. .Manager / management group development: The work must be carried out in collaboration between the coneshungry and Alingsa`s staff under the forms specified by the client. The client will appoint quality assurers and contact persons.

Delimitation: The agreement does not include Executive Development at executive level, by which we refer to managers who lead managers. The agreement also does not include conflict management, coaching, crisis management - these services are procured under another agreement.
