The agency for education would like 3 parallel Framework Agreement suppliers who can assist with optimising the agency to get the best possible support for the services that the agency provides. The agency for education would like 3 parallel Framework Agreement suppliers who can assist with optimising the agency to get the best possible support for the services that the agency provides. It is important that tenderers can refer to in-depth knowledge of municipal departments` forms of management and tenderers must have a basic understanding of political processes.

The agency for education has a very important job in society in ensuring that all children and youths get the knowledge and competence they need to become self-sufficient adults who can create a good life. The requires the agency for education using its resources in an optimum way, ensuring that processes are anchored in a user perspective and are efficient, and that the organisation is appropriate for supporting good and professional operations, both in the short and long term.

Tenderers must be a legally established company: company registration certificate.

Foreign tenderers: verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Requirement: tax certificates.

Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Tenderers must be creditworthy. Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.
