The purpose of this notice is to establish a Master Framework Agreement, with no minimum amount and maximum amount, forDeployment of a project management application service based on the Planisware SaaS solution.

The purpose of this lot is to establish a master framework agreement, with no minimum amount and maximum amount, single-beneficiary.

Scope of services, object of this lot, are as follows:

- framing, preparation of the integration, integration (including data recovery process), support oThe operational purpose of the accompaniment is to prepare the actors of the projects concerned to integrate. This support concerns all the actors of the projects. The incumbent also assists the RATP team to: - - animate the deployment process for the projects concerned, - keep up to date the detailed dashboard of the deployment of the projects concerned, - accompany the equiprojects to the integration of data in the tool,

- to ensure the operational support, to be force of proposal on the method,

- to make the control of 1 level of the data returned in the tool (the 2 level of control is provided by RATP).

Estimated and without commitment from RATP, the number of full-time equivalent (FTE) for this lot is estimated at about 6 FTE per year.Candidates must provide the elements contained in the DC1 print (letter of application and authorization of the representative by his co-contractors) and DC2 (Declaration of the individual candidate or the member of the grouping) (or equivalent elements for candidates not established in France or DUME These items may be provided on free paper or printed on the Minister's website.e of the finances at the following address:

- in the case of a response of the candidate in grouping of companies, each cotraitant will need to provide a DC2 form (or equivalent elements or DUME); form DC1 will be common to all co-contractors,

- these documents, certificates or attestations are produced in French language.

The eApplicant companies will be required to provide the elements contained in form DC2 (or equivalent elements for candidates not established in France or DUME).

Applicants who are unable to submit the requested references may justify their financial capacity by any other means.

Candidates will also provide: balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets for the last 2 years, -appropriate statements from banks or where applicable, proof of insurance against relevant occupational risks.

In the event that the candidate requests the taking into account of the capacities of other companies, particularly in the case of subcontracting or recourse to the capacities of the parent company, it will have to justify these capacities and the fact that it will dispose of them well during all the execution of the market pby the production of either a contract or a written commitment.

In case the application is submitted for a lot or several lots, it will be admitted for each lot for which the last CA of the candidate represents at least 2 times the total annual amount of the lot considered and estimated by RATP. However, in the event that a tenderer is awarded several lotsAt the same time, its minimum annual turnover must be at least 1.5 times the aggregate annual amount of these lots.
