Review of Socio-Economic Effects of Implementing Measures to promote Equal Competition Terms for Public and Private Actors in the Market

The Ministry needs to have a good knowledge basis in order to find an organisation of framework conditions for the public sector that facilitates effective competition, at the same time that the public sector is able to solve its assignments in an appropriate and socio-economically efficient way.

The Ministry needs to have a good knowledge basis in order to find an organisation of framework conditions for the public sector that facilitates effective competition, at the same time that the public sector is able to solve its assignments in an appropriate and socio-economically efficient way.

The aim of the review is to assess the socio-economic consequences of the different proposals, presented by ESA and the Hjelmeng committee respectively, in order to solve the problems that ESA has raised.

Requirement: paid taxes and duties.

Documentation:

A certificate, not older than six months, which verifies that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations of payment of taxes, social security contributions and VAT.

Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

Requirement: legally established company.
