Purchase orders will be notified by the contracting authority as and when required. Amounts are memes for each renewal period. The buyer does not wish to impose any form of grouping. Applicants are prohibited from submitting multiple bids by acting both: - as individual candidates and members of one or more groupings - as members of more than one group.

An advance is granted in one the holder, unless otherwise indicated in thes the act of commitment, when the amount of the contract is greater than 50 000 EUR (HT) and to the extent that the period of execution is greater than 2 months.
