This formalized procedure is an open invitation to tender subject to the provisions of Article 25. -i-1 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. This is a framework agreement with a purchase order with no maximum amount and with fixed annual minimum amounts per lot, as follows:

- minimum: 5 000 EUR (HT)

3) lot 3:

- minimum: 10 000 EUR (HT),

- maximum: without;

4) lot 4:

- minimum: 50 000 EUR (excluding VAT),

- maximum: without;

5) lot 5: minimum: 20 000 EUR (HT),

- maximum: without;

6) lot 6:

- minimum: 3 000 EUR (HT),

- maximum: without;

7) lot 7:

- minimum: 1500 EUR (HT),

- maximum: without;

8) Annual total:

- minimum: 92 500 EUR (HT),

- maximum: without.

Purchase orders will be notified by the contracting authority as and when required. Amounts are memes for each renewal period. The buyer does not wish to impose any form of grouping. Applicants are prohibited from submitting multiple bids by acting both: - as individual candidates and members of one or more groupings - as members of more than one group.

An advance is granted in one the holder, unless otherwise indicated in thes the act of commitment, when the amount of the contract is greater than 50 000 EUR (HT) and to the extent that the period of execution is greater than 2 months. The holder, except in the case of a public body, must prove that a first demand guarantee has been lodged up to 100% of the amount of the advance. The personal and solidarity guarantee is not authorized. This Framework Agreementfrom 1.1.2019 or its notification, whichever is later, and until 31.12.2019.
