Demolition of existing S0lund and landscaping of the building vaults

By this offer, the contracting entity wishes to obtain offers for demolition of the Care Center S0lund and the piling of the building pit with a view to rebuilding the Future Sun, offered as a separate turnkey. This offer relates solely to demolition of the oaksizzling sunflower and spunning of the building gravel. Information meetings will be held for all interested candidates Monday, 22.10.2018 at. 14:00 to 16:00 at KAB. Registration must be made no later than 18.10.2018 to Vibeke Gravlund, e-mail vib@kab-bolig.dk. For this offer, the contracting entity wishes to receive offers for the demolition of Plejeecenter S0lund and spooling the building vaults for the rehabilitation of FS0lund remodel. The offer is offered as a separate total contract. This offer relates solely to demolition of the existing S0lund and sprawl of the construction site. The tender will be executed as a negotiated procedure.

Required in Part IV.B of the ESPD to state its annual turnover in the last 3 accounts and the applicant's equity in the most recently published annual accounts.

The following minimum requirements for egat least the following shall be met:

- Average annual turnover on the basis of the 3 most recently published annual accounts: DKK 40, 000, 000 and the annual turnover shall not be less than DKK 20, 000, 000 for each of these years,

- Equity: DKK 30, 000, 000 in Latest published annual accounts.

For consortia, consortium participants must meet the minimum requirements. For applicants who baseIn the economic form of other economic operators, the applicant and the supporting entity together must meet the minimum requirements, cf. the terms of the terms of reference. 9.2.1. Applicants who are in the circumstances specified in section 135-136 and 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 1, 2 and 6 are excluded from participating in the offer.

An applicant at any time during the offershall be subject to one of the grounds for exclusion in sections 135-136 and 137 (1). 1, No. 1, 2 and 6 will be excluded from the offer unless the person concerned submits within a reasonable period of time a document showing the tenderer's legitimacy, cf. section 138 of the Public Procurement Act.
