New Competition for Interaction Contract — New Service Building, Roverudmyra

The current administration building is no longer dimensions for the number of employees in the company and some parts of the buildings do not satisfy the current and future requirements and needs of an administration and service building. The current customer reception is also not satisfactory in regard to accessibility, and it must be modernised. The road system, access roads and parking for the new service building and in Milj0parken [the environmental park] must be developed.
The procurement will be implemented as an interaction contract in 2 phases:
— the project development phase,
— the interaction phase (the execution phase).
The anticipated value of the procurement is approx. 50 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is non-binding. For further information refer to the procurement documents.
Contract:
Contract period: the contract is expected to be signed and started immediately. Takeover will occur at the latest. The contract sum is to subject to regulation.
The contracting authority shall enter into a contract with 1 (one) tenderer.
Lots/groups:
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract.
Tax and VAT certificates:
Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
