Building cleaning for various buildings in different locations of eg Zentralbahn AG

Principles of the procedure: The client awards public orders for services in the Schwonly to providers who guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations and working conditions for employees and equal pay for men and women.

B) Inspection: Suppliers are recommended at the local meetingattendance: 27.9.2019, 9:00 am, meeting point: eg Zentralbahn, at the reception at Bahnhofstrasse 23, 6362 Stansstad (max 2 persons per provider) No questions answered on site;

C) Reserved are the procurement maturity of the project as well as the availability of the credits;

D) The preparation of the offers will not be refunded. The offer documents will not be returned;

E) Comments on the award criteria: The award criteria must be submitted together with the tender dossier (s);

F) Rating Price evaluation The offer with the lowest price receives the maximum point. Offers 50% (bandwidth). above the lowest price, get 0 points. Scoring within this range is linearr. Any discounts offered will not be taken into account when evaluating the price. Grading of the other award criteria The evaluation is always carried out with marks from 0 to 5:

- 0 = Not assessable, does not meet the criterion, no information,

- 1 = Very poor performance, Insufficient, incomplete information,

- 2 = Poor performance, Information without sufficient project reference,
