Comprehensive cleaning service in student housing

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in comprehensive cleaning in student housing, divided into parts:
Main Site: Femina Student House, ul. Langiewicza 20, 20-035 Lublin, POLAND
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained inAnnex 1 to the ToR (corresponding to Part 1).
Total cleaning area 7 205 sq m. Collective accommodation facility, with the number of beds approx. 370.
Scope of service:
I. Daily cleaning from Monday to Friday from 7 passageways and a staircase, area 1, 641.1 m, including:
- sweeping and cleaning the floor
- emptying capacity for garbage and bag replacement
II. Cdaily cleaning from Monday to Friday from 7 sanitary facilities, domestic hot water and pom chute and crane cabin area 140.1 m, including:
- sweeping and cleaning floors
- emptying capacity for garbage and bag replacement
- wiping the glaze
- washing the fittings
- washing and disinfecting the toilet bowls and shower cabins
- ongoing refilling of toilet paper and soap
- sweeping and wiping and disinfectionchute chamber function
- mirror washing
- sweeping, washing and wiping the lift car, including doors
III. Cleaning once a week, working day, area 163.6 m, including: - sweeping and cleaning floors, IV. Cleaning once a month, working day, area 472.4 m including: - sweeping and cleaning floors, V. Cleaning once a quarter, working day, area 86.6 m
- sweeping and cleaning the floors
VI.Cleaning once a year - area 4, 134.3 m - living quarters and rooms.
All types of flats cleaning once a year after checking out students.
Cleaning range:
1) cleaning windows, window sills, radiators
2) rubbing furniture using for furniture maintenance
3) vacuuming couches
4) washing floors in rooms with a PVC maintenance agent
5) removing curtains and curtains / laundry /suspension of clean
6) cleaning the tiles and fittings in bathrooms, toilets and kitchens plus disinfection
7) cleaning the stoneware floor in bathrooms, toilets, hallways and kitchens with the use of stoneware maintenance agent
8) washing the kitchen furniture with the use of furniture maintenance agent
9) washing the fridge and electric cookers
10) washing all doors
from pos. I, II, III and V:
1. once a monthconservation of the area using stoneware preservative
2. cleaning the paneling once a quarter.
VII. Cleaning on demand, as requested by the Employer, at least one day in advance, area 317.8 m including:
- sweeping and cleaning the floor
- emptying of rubbish and changing bags
- wiping furniture with dust
- washing the fittings

3. Window cleaning once a year:

- 26 items x 7 floors, dimensions 2.52 m x H 1.62 m

- 24 items, dimensions 0.60 mx height 1.61 m
- 12 items, dimensions 0.6 mx 1.0 m
4. Window cleaning twice a year:
-5 items with dimensions: width 2.06 mx height 1.61 m
- 6 items with dimensions: 9.58 x 2.70 (m), 8.38 x 2.70 (m), 3.59 x 2.70 (m), 3.48 x 2.70 (m), 3.57 x 270 (m), 4.62 x 270 (mm).
Note:
1. All types of apartments - cleaned during the holidays on request with a min. 3 days in advance for the period of accommodation and cleaning of the entire building area for the academic year in the scope as above, the remaining area andtotal cleaning given above in brackets.
2. One-time, comprehensive cleaning of the usable area, i.e. 7 205 m, after student departure.
3. The price should include cyclical services listed in points I-VI and the cleaning price of 1 sq m.

contractors who are not subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 1 points 12-22, par. 5 point 1, point 4 and point 8 of the PPL Act.
List of required statements and documents confirming the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure, meeting the requirements specified by the Employer and the lack of grounds for exclusion:
1. Documents submitted with the offer:
Current statement as at the date of submission of offersEDZ. The information contained in the statement will constitute preliminary confirmation that the Contractor is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure.
2. Documents submitted by the Contractor, whose offer will be assessed as the most advantageous at the request of the Employer: The Employer before awarding the contract, will call the Contractor whose offer not subject to rejection was the highestiona, to submit within the specified period, not shorter than 10 days, the following statements and documents valid as at the date of submission:
To confirm that there are no grounds for excluding the Contractor from participation in the procedure, the Employer requests:

2) a certificate from the competent Tax Office head confirming that the Contractor is not in arrears with tax payments, issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submitting bids, or another document confirming that the Contractor has entered into an agreement with the competent tax authority regarding the repayment of these amounts with any interest or fines, in particular he obtainedlegal release, deferral or installment of overdue payments or suspension of the entire implementation of the decision of the competent authority,
3) certificate of the appropriate organizational unit of the Social Insurance Institution or the Social Insurance Institution or other document confirming that the Contractor is not in arrears with payment of social or health insurance contributions issued not earlier than 3 months before the expirythe deadline for submitting bids or other document confirming that the Contractor has entered into an agreement with the competent authority regarding the repayment of these receivables together with any interest or fines, in particular, he obtained the exemption provided for by law, deferment or installment of outstanding payments or withholding in full the decision of the competent authority ; In the case of civil law partnerships, howevera statement from the Tax Office and the Social Insurance Institution. The Contractor submits both to the company and to each of the partners,
4) an excerpt from the relevant register or from CEiDG, if separate provisions require an entry in the register or records in order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 5 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law,
5) the Contractor's statement that he has not issued a final court judgment or final decisionand administrative settlement of arrears with the payment of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance contributions, or in the event of such a judgment or decision confirming the payment of such receivables together with any interest or fines, or the conclusion of a binding agreement on the repayment of these debts,
6) statements Contractors with no judgment against noit as a preventive measure of the prohibition to apply for the contract,
7) the Contractor's declaration of non-payment of local taxes and fees, referred to in the Act of 12.1.1991 on local taxes and fees.
3. In order to demonstrate the lack of grounds for exclusion from the procedure in the circumstances referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 23) of the Public Procurement Law, the Awarding Entity requires submitting a statementContractor's decision on belonging or not belonging to the same capital group.
4. Documents submitted by foreign entities were specified in the documentation of the procedure - ToR, section 6.4.
5. The contracting authority requires a deposit to be paid, respectively for parts in the amount of: PLN 1 - 3, 000, part PLN 2 - 4, 000, before the submission deadline - SIWZ point 8.
