The aim of the project is the renovation of the building complex ETH ML to ensure the preservation of the building fabric, the function preservation or partial replacement of the building services as well as the preservation of the existing stock in terms of fire protection requirements.

The former district heating plant (FHK) is converted to the Student Project House.
