- declaration of honor certifying that the candidate:

(a) is not in a state of insolvency and is not the subject of bankruptcy, liquidation, judicial settlement or pre-emptive settlement, cessation of activity; b) (or one of the members of the management) has not been guilty of professional misconduct and has not been in default-(c) is in good standing with respect to the payment of social security contributions and its taxes; d) undertakes to comply with the Grand Ducal Social and Labor Law, of the company and / or status with its latest update.
