Industrial cleaning Central EDF PEI Pointe Jarry - Guadeloupe

The service corresponds to the cleaning of the industrial zones (machinery and auxiliary rooms, associated equipment, oil park, outdoor equipment, roads, parking, surroundings, roof terraces, etc.).

The EDF Centrale PEI Pointe Jarry is the mainThe Guadeloupe electricity production unit of diesel technology, running on heavy fuel oil, the plant is an ICPE class Seveso high threshold.
The site is on 2 separate areas separated by the RN10:
- north of the RN10: the heavy fuel oil park and the facilities for the preparation of uree, building fire, building pumping and transfer parking,
- south of the RN10: the loadministrative buildings, the shop-shop, the building commission, the fire-building, the water-treatment building, the oil park and the common auxiliary premises.
The service corresponds to the cleaning of the industrial zones (machinery and auxiliary rooms, associated equipment, oil park, outdoor equipment, roads, parking, surrounding areas, roof terraces, etc.).
Cleaning areastertiary (administrative building, tertiary areas of the shop floor, 2 floor and staircase building control, guard post), the cleaning of mechanical parts, the maintenance of green spaces as well as the evacuation of waste out of the site are excluded from the perimeter.
The holder is requested to organize himself in order to maintain the plant in good internal and external condition without-it does not require periodic periodic cleaning. The holder must size his resources (personal, material, ...) according to the result to achieve.
The holder of the service will thus perform the following activities:
- cleaning by means of apparatus or techniques adapted to the need / degree of soiling / practicality of employment,
- recovery of waste divers over the entire site and deposits in dedicated areas of the site,
- pumping if necessary to the sump or capacity of the site (excluding hydrocarbons)
The intervention of the holder will take place between 6:30 and 18:00 in open days.
The concept of good cleanliness should be interpreted as follows:
- good visual appearance: impression of cleanliness and cleanliness of premises and equipment-after intervention,
- cleanliness: absence of dirt (dust, sands, soil, traces or puddles of hydrocarbons or other liquids, detritus) presented on a surface (floors, walls, pipes, equipment ...),
- hygiene: the premises must not contain any pollution that may be harmful to the health of the personnel (for example, odors due to the use of improper products, dust, etc.).candidate must provide a declaration on honor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter any of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the ordinance n 2015-899 of the 23.7.2015 relative to the public markets . This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group and, where appropriate, by the subcontractors-present.
