CPV Description: Boiler installations.
Biofuel Boiler and Flue Gas Condensing Plant
Delivery of 49 MW (fuel power) solid biofuel fired bubbling fluidised bed hot water boiler plant including flue gas condensing unit.
Main Site : Espoo.
The solid biofuel fired bubbling fluidised bed boiler plant for district heating water including flue gas condenser and flue gas cleaning units. This is a turn-key delivery which shall include complete design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, packaging, transportation, erection and installation, supervision of the Plant, tuning, commissioning, trial run and training of the Purchaser's operating and maintenance personnel.
Foundation and excavation works are in the Purchaser's scope, Boiler plant building and civil works are on Contractor's scope.
Solid bio fuel treatment is not in the scope of this procurement, it will be purchased separately.
Taking over of the Plant will take place in autum year 2020.
Schedule for the tendering and contract awarding procedure:
— submission of applications for participation 10.1.2018 at 16:00,
— decision of approved tenderers 12.1.2018,
— submission of the preliminary tenders 28.2.2018 (16:00),
— technical and commercial negotiations on weeks 11-12/2018,
— revised and Final ITT will be published (if needed) * 30.3.2018,
— submission of the final tenders (at the latest) * 30.4.2018 (16:00),
— declaration of the purchase decision on week 19/2018.
