Reagent Delivery Framework for Blood Reagents

Reagents Supply - 16 lots, according to the specification.

Reagents compatible with the Immuno Access 2 analyzer, according to the specification. The minimum and maximum quantities of the subsequent contract, as well as the quantitiesminimum and maximum terms of the framework agreement can be found in the tender specifications.

Estimated value for a subsequent contract: RON 147, 882.00 without VAT. 1. Declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of art. 164 of Law no. 98/2016 on public acquisitions, with subsequent amendments and completions. Economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subcontractor, if applicable) will complete the corresponding requirement in the DUAE form. 2. Statement regarding non-compliance with the provisions of art. 165 and art. 167 of the Law no. 98/2016 on public acquisitions, with subsequent modifications and completions. The economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subcontractor, if applicable) will fill in the appropriate requirement in the DUAE form. 3. Dstatement regarding non-compliance with the provisions of art. 59 and 60 of Law no. 98/2016 on public acquisitions, with subsequent amendments and completions. The economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subcontractor, if applicable) will fill in the appropriate requirement in the DUAE form of the awarding documentation and will be attached to the SEAP with the DUAE.- Director General - Doctor Răsvan Hristea,

Payments to the consolidated state budget. The economic operator (leader, associate, third party) will fill in the appropriate requirement in the DUAE form in the awarding documentation. In order to confirm the declarations in the DUAE, only bidders placed in the first place will be required, after applying the award criterion, the presentationuntil the date of conclusion of the report of the award procedure of the following documents: - - Certificate of fiscal attestation for legal persons regarding the obligations to pay to the consolidated state budget, in original or certified copy on own responsibility for compliance with the original, document from which it appears that the bidder has no overdue debts at the time I have to submitthis certificate. In this case, the provisions of art. 166 par. (2) of the Law no. 98/2016 regarding the public acquisitions with subsequent modifications and completions; - Certificate of fiscal attestation for legal persons regarding the obligations to pay to the local budget, in the original or a certified copy on its own responsibility for compliance with the original, document from which to emergethat the tenderer has no overdue debts at the time of submitting this certificate. In this case, the provisions of art. 166 par. (2) of the Law no. 98/2016 on public acquisitions, with subsequent amendments and completions. For foreign legal entities: the economic operator will provide editorial documents issued by the authorities of the country of origin (certificates, criminal records, other equivalent documents) to result in membership / registration with organs in that country. Certificates / supporting documents will be presented in accordance with the legal provisions, proving that they do not register outstanding tax obligations, under the conditions of the law in force in the country of residence. Documents presented in a language other than Romanian will be accompanied by translationsauthorized. For foreign legal persons, the way to meet the requirement is also the completion of the DUAE according to art. 193 of Law no. 98/2016 with the subsequent modifications and completions, the editorial documents being submitted, only at the request of the contracting authority, upon completion of the evaluation of the tenders. - If two or more bidders placed in the first place present the same price, the contracting authority will send to SEAP a request for clarification regarding the submission of new proposalsand the economic operators will send their answer using the facilities offered by SEAP,

- Expenditure on preparing and presenting the offer belongs exclusively to the bidder
