III.1.1.1 Only those who meet the conditions for participation in personal status pursuant to Section 32 (1) of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the amendment of certain Conclusions as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Public Procurement" or "Conclusion on the Procurement"))

III.1.1.2 The Tenderer shall prove the fulfillment of the conditions of participation by documents according toand - 32 para. III.1.1.3 If the applicant has a registered office, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and his / her registered office, place of business or usual residence does not issue any of the above documents or does not issue or equivalent documents, they may be replaced by an affidavit according to the rules in force in the State of his place of business, place of business or usual residence. In the case of the document being written by the candidate / tenderer itself, the contracting authority requires that such documents be signed by qualified electronic signature by the authorized person (s) authorized to act on behalf of the candidate / tenderer or their candidate / tenderer submits after document from paper to electronicej likeness. III.1.2.2. Pursuant to - 33 para. 1 pism. d) ZoVA: The applicant demonstrates financial and economic status by submitting an overview of the total turnover for the last 3 marketing years for which it is available depending on the commencement or commencement of the operation of the activity.

VI.3.2) The contracting entity shall grant unrestricted and direct access by electronic means to the tender documents and, where applicable, any supporting documents. VI.3.3) The contracting entity shall use the contract in its entirety for the full use of electronic communication by the Public Procurement Office`s information system called IS EVO ver. 18.0.

VI.3.4) The request for an explanation of the conditions set out in this notice and the SP shall be deemed to have been received in a timely manner by December 5, 2019 to allow the contracting authority sufficient time toproviding qualified explanations to all known candidates no later than 6 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will provide an explanation on request even after the deadline, but in that case, consider extending the deadline for submission of tenders. This uThis is indicated in the filing date of the relevant document. Date of dispatch = date of delivery. III.1)

VI.3.6.1) If interested person teaches

VI.3.6.2) If a tender is submitted by a group of suppliers, it is necessary to submit it to each member of the group of suppliers separately. VI.3.6. 3) If the requested documents are directly and free of charge available to the contracting entity in electronic databases, the interested party shall also provide information in JED.The information necessary to access these electronic databases shall include the Internet address of the electronic database, however identification and approval information necessary for access to that database. during the course of its work, the applicant must write in writing for the submission of the document or documentsreplaced by JED. The tenderer is then obliged to deliver the documents to the contracting authority within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the application, unless the contracting authority has specified a longer period. If the tenderer fails to submit the documents which have been replaced by JED within the time limit specified by the contracting authority, the contracting authority shall exclude the tenderer from the tendering procedure.IS EVO after login.
