The object of the contract is to provide and install an automated electronic system that will give citizens the freedom to pick up and use an electric bicycle, for as long as possible. wish, by returning itat one of the installed parking spots. The system must be complete and meet all the requirements of a modern public bicycle hire system, including (i):

(i) mechanical equipment (stations), bicycles, photovoltaic panels, locks, etc.).

The bicycle rental system of the Municipality of Agrinio will allow automatic bicycle hire without the presence of staff. It is a supply and installation of an automated electronic system, which will give citizens the option to pick up and use an electric bicycle, for as long as they wish, by returning it to one of the installed parking spots. At the same time, bicycles that can accommodate people with mobility problems will be included to provide equal access for all.

Bicycles will be placed in rental stationsdocking stations, and in particular public spaces, covering the full range of City planning web sites.

The economic operators involvedare in the process of concluding this contract, are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activities related to the subject of the supply.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union must be registered with one of the professional or commercial registries, kept in their country of establishment or satisfying anyany other requirement is set out in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. Board of Directors or to third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on matters relating toPublic contracts are required to be registered in the respective professional or commercial registers.

Economic operators established in GREECE are required to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Defender`s Register of Manufacturers.

Specifically, the technique will contain - exclusionary penalty - in addition to the technical offer exported byliterally the system of EHIDES and the following:

1) Statement by the economic operator, to guarantee the good functioning of the system, which may not be less than 1 year.

2) Statement by the economic operator, to ensure spare parts, covering the entire system, for at least five (5) years.

3) Statement by the economic operator responsible for technical supportsystem, for at least five (5) years.

4) Statement by the economic operator, accompanied by a detailed list (price list) of the necessary consumable spare parts (batteries, etc.) of the system and a clear reference to its validity [must not be less than five (5) years.]

5) Responsible statement by the economic operator that it can and will provide servicesrepair and maintenance of the system within 48 hours of its written notice.

6) Responsible statement by the economic operator that after completion of the system he will draw up and submit a draft operating regulation of the system.
