Przedmiotem zaIt is the delivery of medicinal products for UCK in the quantity, assortment and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the ToR.

This condition will be fulfilled if the Contractor submits the authorization for the activity covered by the subject of the order, i.e. the authorization to run a pharmaceutical wholesaler or permitnot for production, if the contractor is a manufacturer or respectively for the contractor running the consignment warehouse permit for running a warehouse containing authorization to trade medicinal products.

The contracting authority does not set a specific condition in this respect.

1. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 67 section 1 point 7 Public Procurement Law.

2. When orderingy does not allow variant offers.

3. The Contracting Party allows partial bids to be placed.

4. The Contracting Authority allows the contract to be amended in accordance with Annex 4 to the ToR.

5. In the case when the values provided by the Contractors on the statements and documents referred to in point VII SIWZ, will be given in a currency other than PLN, the Ordering Party will convert these values into PLN taking the average NBP exchange rate-currency as at the date of initiation of the proceedings.

6. All activities, rights, obligations of the Contractors and the Ordering Party, which are not required by the Ordering Party to provide the Ordering Party with SIWZ, which may contribute to the proper conduct of the proceedings, are governed by the Public Procurement Law Act

7. The Contracting Authority anticipates making changes to the contract in the course of its implementation in the event of circumstancesreferred to in art. 144. OJ from 2017 item 1579 with changes
