Protection of bathers on the busy beaches of the Municipality during the period 2018 (August - September)

Distinction of the service area. contractual service area and the direct service of the contractor, are defined as segments of the beach, which areof the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Hersonissos and have been characterized as busy by the Central Port Authority of Heraklion (number of the latest current report 1/2018, 31/2018 (A61) and Art. 35 No. 20 GCC (B444 / 99)).

The letters of guarantee in paragraphs 2.2.2 and 4.1. issued by credit or financial institutions or insurance undertakings within the meaning ofof the cases b and c of paragraph 1 of Article 14 of Law 4364/2016 (A13) legally operating in the Member States of the Union or the European Economic Area or in the GPA member states and have, in accordance with with the applicable provisions, that right. They can also be issued by the ETAA. - TEME or be provided with a depository and Loan Fund bill with deposit in itof the corresponding amount. If a Depositary Deposits Deposits Deposits Deposits Deposits Bill are deposited with the Deposits and Loans Fund, coupons or dividends that expire during the guarantee are returned after their expiration to the ProCredit Guarantee.

Letters of Guarantee are issued at the option of the economic operators from one or more publishers of the above paragraph(a) the date of issue; (b) the issuer; (c) the contracting authority to which it is addressed; (d) the guarantee number; amount covered by the guarantee. The Municipality of Hersonissos communicates with the issuers of the guaranteeIn order to be validly involved in the process of concluding this contract, a Participation Letter of EUR two thousand thirteen (EUR 2 013.00) shall be deposited by the participating economic operators (tenderers) ) in respect of all the services under auction. It will also be presented electronically and intsuch as the Letter of Guarantee
