The subject of the contract is the supply of raw materials within the framework of the Innovation Support Project in Herb-Pharma Sk, s.r.o. through research-development activities, including transport. In the case of a tenderer forming a group of contractors engaged in a public procurement, proof of compliance with the conditions of the person's personal statusnia for each member of the group separately.
