EconomicalBodies involved in the process of concluding this contract shall be required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activities related to the subject of the supply.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their country of establishmentor satisfy any other requirement set forth in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries which have acceded to the SDS. or to third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union, All public procurement procedures are required to be registered in the respective professional or commercial registers.

Economic operators established in GREECE are required to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defensive Materials.In the case of a contract, economic operators declare that they have / provide an average annual turnover in the preceding — as of this publication — of three years, equal to or greater than the indicative budget of the respective division. for a period of less than three (3) management years, this conditionwill be examined for the corresponding period that the products / services commissioned operate or are available. The above is proved by filing the respective financial statements.

The contractor will be paid in the following way:

a) 100% of the contract value after the final delivery of the materials.

The contract price will be paid on the presentation of the lawof the documents and supporting documents provided by the provisions of article 200 par. 4 of Law 4412/2016, as well as any other supporting documents that may have been requested by the competent services, which carry out the audit and payment.

5.1.2 ) The contractor shall bear the charges in favor of third parties, as well as any other charges, in accordance with the applicable legislation, not including VAT, fordelivery of the material to the site and in the manner provided in the contract documents. In particular, it is charged with the following deductions:

(a) a 0.07% deduction calculated on the value of any pre-tax and deduction payments, as well as any supplementary contracts, in favor of the Single Independent Public Procurement Authority (Article 4 N. 4013/2011, as applicable).

(B) detention of 0, 02% in favor of the State, calculated on the value, excluding VAT, of the original and any supplementary contracts. This amount shall be withheld at any payment by the contracting authority in the name and on behalf of the Directorate-General for Public Procurement in accordance with paragraph 6 of article 36 of Law 4412/2016.

C) 0.06% withholding; which is calculated on the value of each paymentof taxes and deductions of the original as well as any supplementary contract in favor of the Inquiry Authority (article 350 par. 3 of Law 4412/2016).

Proceeds in favor of third parties are subject to the applicable stamp proportional fee (…%). and the OGA contribution thereon (…%).

With each payment, the withholding tax will be withheld by the applicable law, 4% of the net amount
