Supply of chemical reagents for the operation of the wastewater treatment plant of Orleans The Source

The present consultation on the purchase of chemical reagents for the operation of the Olreans La Source wastewater treatment plantand will result in a framework agreement with alloti, renewable, with a minimum and maximum amount per period.

Main Site: Orleans Wastewater Treatment Plant Source 45590 - Saint-Cyr-en-Val. lot 1 is concluded as follows:

- for the 1 period: minimum amount 5 000 EUR excluding VAT - maximum 45 000 EUR,

- for the following periods: minimum amount 15 000 EUR - 135 000 EUR.

- a form DC1 or a declaration on the honor to justify that it is in no case mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 of the CCP and in particular that it is in rules under Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers,

- a summary form of declaration on the honor is available on the Orleans website and sa metropole (http://www.orleans-metropole.fr/135/marches-publics.htm) but the candidate can produce his own documents,

- form DC1 or letter of application in case of group application.

- statement concerning the overall turnover of the candidate and, where applicable, the turnover of the area of activity covered by the public contract, covering the last 3 financial years of thedepending on the date of creation of the undertaking or the beginning of the economic operator`s activity, to the extent that information on these turnover figures is available,

- appropriate bank statements or, where appropriate proof of insurance of the relevant professional risks.

- sub-criterion 3: quality of the means of transport with regard to their impact on the environment and security during deliveries (analyzes based on the technical memorandum frame) (underweight 15%),

- bid judgment criteria for lot 4:

-sub-criterion 1: reduction of delivery times (analysis on the basis of the technical memorandum item) (underweight: 5%),

- sub-criterion 2: quality of the products proposed, description of the recommended settings on-site tests and estimated consumption based on the amount of sludge produced in 2018 at a dryness of 30% (analyzes based on thetechnical memory) (underweight: 25%),

- sub-criterion 3: quality of the means of transport (analyzes based on the point of the technical memorandum frame) (underweight: 10%).
