Banking services to the Municipality of Kalundborg

The Municipality of Kalundborg, henceforth referred to as the municipality, wishes to enter into a comprehensive agreement with a bidder for the purpose of handling the municipality's daily banking operations and asset management.

1.2 Information about Kalundborg Municipality:

Kalundborg Municipality covers an area of 604 km2 and has 160 km of coastlineje. The municipality has just over 49, 000 citizens and approx. 4, 900 full-time employees. The municipality has a flat structure with 4 directors and approx. 70 institutions etc., all of which have budgetary responsibility. Kalundborg Municipality is organized in 4 direct areas:

- Social area,

- Health and labor market,

- Children and young people 2019,

1.3 The municipality's daily banking operations:

By daily banking transactions is meant deposits and disbursements, use of online banking and payment cards and associated payment transactions (except with the requirement to use the OBS account), and a credit facility of DKK 170, 000, 000. In this connection, the Municipality of Kalundborg must have the opportunity to enter into REPO business.

KAlundborg Municipality's lending abroad is mainly handled by Kommunekredit.

Kalundborg Municipality has approx. 155 bank accounts and approx. 90 debit cards. Cash is currently being filed in the box / 24-hour box in Kalundborg. Today, coins are filed in the bank during the opening hours of the bank. If there is a need for a change of money, this is ordered over the net for delivery / pickup.

1.4 Asset management:

- Kalundborg Municipality has todayca. DKK 200, 000, 000 placed in asset management. 1 to 3 and section 136 (see section "Exclusion" of the ESPD).

The tenderer must also confirm that the tenderer is not covered by the following voluntary exclusion reasons, cf. section 137 of the Tendering Act (see section ESPD: "Exclusion"):

- The tenderer has breached existing obligations in the field of environmental, social or labor law, cf. Paragraph 1 (1), - The tenderer is declared bankrupt or is under insolvency or liquidation proceedings or the like, cf. 1 (2)

- The tenderer in connection with the exercise of his profession may be shown to have committed seriousneglect that casts doubt on the tenderer's integrity, cf. Paragraph 1 (3) - The tenderer has entered into an agreement for the purpose of distortion of competition, cf. - The tenderer has substantially breached a previous public contract and the breach has resulted in the cancellation of the contract or similar sanction, cf. section 137 (1) of the Tendering Act.5. Before awarding the contract, the tenderer intending to award the contract must have provided documentation of the information provided in the ESPD, cf. 2. Tenderers must meet the following minimum requirements for the economic and financial form, cf. section 142 of the Tendering Act:
