SDU has, through an arraekke, built up a financial reserve in the form of securities and liquid assets managed by external asset managers. SDU wants to investigate the market for asset management services and so forth-Capital Management In Offering.

SDU wishes to conclude parallel agreements with 3 independent asset managers, hereinafter referred to as the Offeror (s), for the management of the capital management of the University's funds.
Unless there are more than 3 offerings, the Contractor will be able to Continue with only 2 bidders.
The free funds that are managed are currently issued approx. 870 000 000-DKK. Initially, the asset managers will manage a portfolio of approx. 200-300, 000, 000 DKK each. The winning Tenderer (s) will take over existing SDU's existing portfolios from the current asset managers.
The realized returns and withdrawals are foreseen for reinvested loans.
The SDU is free to change the distribution of capital between the 3 elected asset managerst in the contract if the SDU considers it necessary or appropriate, including increase or decrease the total managed capital.
- Relationship: If the Tenderer is a subsidiary of a financial group, the parent company shall guarantee the Tenderer, including for any loss resulting from errors made by Tenderer,
- It must be described how tenderer may beaffiliated with a parent company, possibly as a branch,
- Tenderer must comply with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) standards,
- Tenderer must be a systemically important financial institution (SIFI).
