1) guarantee of participation: The participation guarantee, which will be submitted to the each bidder shall be 2% of the indicative budget excluding VAT of each group to which it will submit a tender. 2) Performance guarantee: For the signature of the contract, aa performance guarantee of 5% of the value of the contract, excluding VAT, is paid and deposited before or at the time of signing the contract.

The commission relates to the project, the Operational Program for Food and Basic Assistance, North Aegean Region, SAE 093/8, code 2016ΣΕ09380009.3.

The expenditure will be covered by the resources of the TEBA., since the project is definitely included in the Operational Program.

1) Participation in the competition, according to article 25 of Law 4412/2016, candidates or tenderers and, in the case of associations, their members, natural or legal persons, established: (a) in a Member State of the Union; (b) in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA); (c) third countries which have signed-(d) third countries not covered by paragraph (c) of this paragraph and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procedures  Associations and consortia are not required to take any legal form in order tooffer an offer.
