The subject of public procurement is:

The subject of the public procurement is:

a) AV and transmission equipment supplier, including transport and installation according to the list of elements; b) training of the operator by qualified personnel and ensuring the service of this AV and transfer technology;

c) supply of all metallic connections and cables and other installation material, ie complete, functional and impeccable execution of all stringsincluding the supply of necessary materials and equipment necessary to complete the completion of the subject and to ensure its operability; (d) the provision of small masonry and associated works, if required by the public procurement, e) the transmission of legal documents for the goods; (f) the cleaning and removal of all packaging and other materials used for its own installation in accordance withAct No. 185/2001 Coll., on Wastes and on Amendments to Some Other Laws, as amended by the regulations of the place, - All this at the Faculty of Pedagogy at the Palacke University in Olomouc at Žižkovo nam. 5, 771 40 Olomouc.

Detailed description of the subject of the public procurement, technical conditions and specifications are contained in the inventory of the elements, which constitute an undivided part of the documentation as it is-Attachment No. 5.

The Contractor proves that he fulfills the conditions of basic qualification set out in - 74 para. a) - e) Law in the form of Section 75, Par. The Contractor proves the fulfillment of the professional competence pursuant to Section 77 of the Act in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting: - pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Act - the Commercial Register Extract, if it is entered in it, or a copy from another similar register, if jthe legal act required to be recorded in such records is not required
