Handling, transport and treatment by inerting or by material recovery of Refiom from the Energy Recovery Unit (Uve) of Thiverval-Grignon

The purpose of this contract is handling, transport and the treatment of Refiom (residues for the purification of household waste incineration smoke) from the Energe Recovery Unittick (Uve) from Thiverval-Grignon in a duly authorized facility:
Main Site: Unite de Valorisation Energetique, ZA du Poent Cailloux route des Nourrices, 78850 Thiverval-Grignon. treat by inerting, or by material recovery representing 5, 500 to 7, 000 t in the form of pulverulent bulk and big bags. The benefitswe concern:
- loading and transport from the Thiverval-Grignon Uve,
- reception and processing of Refiom in a duly authorized installation either by inerting followed by burial in ISDD, or by material recovery (at meaning of European directive 2005/0281 (cod) of December 21, 2005. The details of the services subject to the contract as well as the details on the compositionn Refiom are included in the CCTP of the consultation file. The treatment of smoke from Uve by dry process is operational and applied to 100% of waste incinerated since May 2019.
Monetary unit used: the euro. In the event that the public purchasing platform is unable to receive offers electronically on the day of the deadline for submission of envelopes mentioned in article IV.2.7), this deadline will be postponed: the new date will be the day on which the said platform is put back into service increases by 24 hours.
