The city of Martigues launches a consultation for servicesns techniques, the rental of sound video equipment and stage structure for the hall and in various places.

Rental of light equipment.

Submission of envelopes must be submitted by electronic means. The transmission of folds by electronic means is required for this consultation. Therefore, transmission by paper is not permitted. The transmission of documents by electronic means is carried out on the buyer profile. The choice of transmission mode is global and irreversible. Applicants must apply the same method of transmission to all the documents transmitted to the contracting authority. Each transmission will be subject to a certain datee of reception and an electronic acknowledgment of receipt. As such, the reference time zone is that of (GMT 1:00) Paris, Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid. The mail will be considered if the download ends after the scheduled date and time. If a new fold is sent electronically by the same candidate, the latter cancels and replaces the previous fold. The fold can be doublede of a backup copy transmitted within the time limits, on electronic physical medium (CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, USB key) or on paper medium. This copy must be placed in a fold marked, as well as the name of the candidate and the identification of the procedure concerned. It is opened in the following cases:

- when a malicious computer program is detected in the foldnsmis by electronic means,

- when the electronic mail is received in an incomplete manner, out of time or could not be opened, provided that its transmission has started before the closing of the delivery of mail.
