The subject of this public contract is to select a supplier under VI. and VIII. Stages above-limit public contracts for services FZŠ Komenium May 8 restoration of salo Komenium, with which the statutory city of Olomouc will conclude a contract for restorationimmovable cultural monuments, listed under the registration number 30841 / 8-3157 of the Central Cultural Heritage List of the Czech Republic. Zamerem restoration of the Komenium saloon, are being met who would dignify his own landwater form. Part of the performance will also be the elaboration of a final restoration report pursuant to Section 10 (4) of Decree No. 66/1988 Coll., By which the Czech National Council No. 20/1987 Coll., On State Monument Preservation, in the wording of later legal regulations. Above-the-limit public service contract is divided into 8th individual parts (VIII. Stages) public contracts, which are:

1st part of elementary school Komenium 8th May restorationsalu Komenia I. Stage (ceiling and cobblestone vaulting - Implemented),

2. part of FZŠ Komenium May 8 restoration of salo Komenia II. Stage (balcony back wall and wall under the balcony, balcony ceiling, made by Realized),

3. part of FZŠ Komenium May 8 restoration of salo Komenia III. Stage (the wall faced under the windows),

4. part FZŠ Komenium May 8 restoration salat Komenia - IV. Stage (wall left without windows Implemented),

5. part of FZŠ Komenium May 8 restoration of saloon Komenia - V. Stage (wall to the right with windows Implemented),

6. part of FZŠ Komenium May 8 restoration of salo Komenia - restoration of three painted doors (estimated price - 355 858, 00 CZK without VAT),

7. part of FZŠ Komenium May 8 restoration of Komenia salu (Zrea floor restoration)8). part of FZŠ Komenium May 8 restoration of salo Komenia - replica of wall lights and restoration of grating (assumed price - 605 000, 00 CZK without VAT).

VI. and VIII. part (Stage) public service contracts, which will be awarded in excess of open control. The detailed specification of the subject is fulfilled by the content of the relevant part of the tender documentationThe applicant requires the Contractor to fulfill the basic competence in accordance with - 74 of the Public Procurement Act.

- The sponsor further requests that the supplier in accordance with - 77 paragraph 2, pism. (c) the OCT has provided evidence that it is: - professionallycaused or disposes of a person through whom he / she provides professional competence, namely: - permission for restoration of the cultural heritage of the license of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic according to the Act No. 20/1987 Coll., on the State Monument Bake, Attachments no. 1 (ie, Malinska Artwork on a plate, wooden and metal plates, on paper and parchment, on glassand other non-construction materials, wall paintings, figural sgraffito and polychromy on sculptural parts) and

- a cultural monument of the Ministry of Culture licensed for restoration according to the Act No. 20/1987 Coll. 3g (ie, handicraft works of glass, ceramics and porcelain, precious metals, of base metal), of textile, of paper and parchment, of natural materials
