Reorganization and resizing of the paper archives of the FEDRO sites in Ittigen (Bern) and Murifeld (Berne)

The paper archives of the FEDRO sites in Ittigen and Murifeld (Bern ) are laid down in accordance with the legal requirements (Federal Law on Archiving, Instructions on the Management of Documents in the Administration)Federal law, instructions concerning the obligation to submit documents and the payment of documents in the Federal Archives) and the Organization Directives (DO)

Main Site: OFROU sites in Ittigen (Bern) and Murifeld (Berne) .

The paper archives of the FEDRO sites in Ittigen and Murifeld (Bern) are laid down in accordance with the legal requirements (Federal Law on Archiving, inRecords Management Procedures in the Federal Government, Instructions on the Requirement to Submit Documents and Documents to the Federal Archives) and Organizational Directives (DO)

The Terms of Reference include restructuring, archiving, digitization, preparation for destruction and payment to the federal archives.

The following-Quantities:

- 110 linear meters will be scanned,

- 439 linear meters destroyed and 200 linear meters for the federal archives,

- in the ASTRA archives remain about 1400 linear meters.
