This invitation to tender is for the award of architectural services to an individual office, as well as the general direction of project (option), for the phases of project of work, execution, call for tenders and realization concerning the building of the Borde.realization consists inter alia in:
- renovation of an industrial building,
- reappointment of the workshop area as well as the global upgrade of the site,
- administrative and regulatory audit (asbestos removal, fire safety, energy law), Hazardous Materials Management).

Partial tenders are not applicable.Disclosure of the remedies: This invitation to tender may be appealed to the Administrative and Public Law Court of the Cantonal Court, av. Eugene-Rambert 15, 1014 Lausanne, filed within 10 days of publication; it must be signed and indicate the conclusions and reasons for the appeal. The impugned decision is attached to the appeal.
