The mission entrusted to the project manager is a basic mission within the meaning of the MOP Law of 12.7.2005 and its implementing decree of 29.11.1993. The market includes the DIAG, APS, APD, PRO / DCE, ACT, VISA, DET and AOR missions.

For a regulatory concordance the elements of mission will have to resume the usual usual contents:

- Lp7: Assistance in the allocation including cost estimate - ACT,
- Lp8: object monitoring - building supervision and documentation DET et suivie architectural, visa,
- Lp9: object support AOR).

Form of the grouping: the candidates will have to present themselves in the form of a grouping of which the architect will be the agent, in charge of the representation of the members vis---vis the Contracting authority and the coordination of the presidents.group members. Each grouping should consist of: - one or more architects or architectural firms, registered with the order of architects (or equivalent for other countries) and authorized to work in Germany. The team will necessarily include an agency in Berlin,
- one or more Technical Studies Offices with the following skills: structures, fluids, electrical engineering, climate engineering, fire safety;
- a construction economist.
The same agent can not appear in more than one group. The form of the grouping is not imposed. In the case of a joint group, the representative is jointly and severally liable to each member of the group for its contractual obligations with respect to the Paris Ile-de-France CCI.

The complex is composed of 4 main buildings including 3 renovated in 2011. The project consists mainly of a rehabilitation of one of the buildings, of the order of 2, 900 m. This will consist of teaching and work spaces, which may include, for example, amphitheaters, coworking spaces for students or staff, classrooms or flex spaces, small group work rooms or offices. The works devIntegrating regulatory devices. The project will integrate in all its components in coherence with the other buildings and spaces, in a logic of campus in town. The work will be carried out in an empty building within a functioning campus (occupied site). The present operation will have to connect to the existing technical infrastructures and upgrade them if nECESSARY. As such, the project management team will necessarily include a technical studies office.
