Legal remedies: This notice of tender can be filed within 10 days of publication at the Cantonal Court of Lucerne, 4th department, Obergrundstrasse 46, P.O.Box3569, 6002 Lucerne. The complaint must contain an application and its justification and must be submitted in duplicate. The contested invitation to tender and the available evidence are to be enclosed.
