The contracting authority's goal is to get the best solution for Ueliste railway reconstruction, which would allow, among other things, investment decisions within Rail Baltica 1 435 mm and Estonian Rail 1 520 mm. place of buildings
The contracting authority's goal is to obtain the best solution for the reconstruction of Uelemiste railway, which would, among other things, enable investment decisions on the buildings of Rail Baltica 1 435 mm and Eesti Raudtee 1 520 mm and be implemented in such a way that :
1. the part of the construction project to be re - assigned at the basic design stage as a result of the contract execution (rfabric infrastructure) to enable the detailed design phase of the basic design phase into the support design phase and the organization and execution of public procurement of design and construction support, and
2. the part of the construction project (techno networks) to be granted at the new stage of the support project would allow to carry out the public procurement of the construction support and the loading of the construction support without the need for additional design.any standard or other basis referred to in - 88 (2) of the RHS as a tender specification, or source, process, trade mark, patent, support, mate or production method, shall be construed as being "or equivalent".
