Planning, Steering and Coordination (OPC) mission for the realization of works of public spaces, and mission of general coordination inter-cthe haven of the concession for the development of the economic pole of the MEETT and the ZAC of the economic pole of the MEETT. The purpose of the framework agreement is to establish:

Planning, steering and coordination (OPC) mission for the realization of public space works, and general inter-site coordination mission of the concession for the development of the pole economic development of the MEETT and the ZAC of the economic pole of theMEETT.

The contracting authority informs the candidates that the file of consultation of the companies is dematerialized. When downloading the consultation file, the candidate is invited to fill in the name of the submitting organization, the name of the person being downloadeddocuments and an e-mail address that allows for an electronic correspondence so that it can benefit from all the additional information provided during the course of the present consultation, in particular the possible precisions or postponement of delays. The candidate will not be able to make any claim if he does not benefit from all the information cadditional information provided by the dematerialisation platform during the course of the present consultation because of an error that it would have made in the seizure of its electronic address, in case of non-identification of the person during the download, in case of no indication of the said e-mail address, in case of deletion of the address or in case of downloading the DCE goonly on the buyer profile.
