The subject of this open tender is the services of the project management. Client for:
Main Site: University of Basel Petersgraben 4051 Basel
Subject of this open call are the services of the project management Client for:
- Dates, costs and projectstqualitaetsmanagement (PQM) of the construction project,
- new construction DBM incl. subprojects area logistics and supply tunnel stage 3 and pharma center with the interfaces and dependencies,
- SIA phase 32 construction project to SIA phase 53 handover / completion.
PQM should ensure that the project objectives formulated by the University as a client are fully achieved. PQM includes all Prozesse and trades of construction projects. All relevant information can be found in the annexes and documents to this submission.
Partial offers are not permitted.
