Scope of services and service objective of the current service advertisement is the planning of existing high-rise buildings including outdoor facilities ASFiNAG for all of Austriach as well as the subsequent import of the plans into the building maintenance management program of the ASFiNAG "ProOffice". These plans subsequently serve as the basis for the periodic inspections of the building objects and their outdoor facilities.

Scope of performance and objective of the subject The tender is the tenderof existing buildings, including ASFiNAG`s outdoor facilities for the whole of Austria, and then importing the plans into the building maintenance management program of ASFiNAG "ProOffice". These plans subsequently serve as the basis for the periodic inspections of the buildings and their outdoor facilities.
