Multilateral Technical Control Framework Agreement for Logeal Immobiliere

This Framework Agreement under The purpose of contracts with purchase orders is to designate inspection offices to carry out a technical control mission.and the project owner in the context of some of its construction and improvement activities - reuse - rehabilitation of its existing heritage. Successful candidates will be re-competed as and when required by subsequent steps.

Main Site: On the whole estate or Logeal Immobiliere is owner.

This lot is for the purposedesignation of technical controller for: technical control missions for construction operations (housing or specific establishments such as EHPAD, MAS, RPA ...) and design process realization with the following 3 thresholds:

- construction operation between 100, 000 EUR excl. VAT at 999 999 EUR before tax,

- operation between 1 000 000 EUR before tax and 2 999 999 EUR before tax,

- operation higher than 3000 000 EUR HT,

Minimum number of attributes: 3.

Maximum number of recipients: 5.

Indicative volume: 30 to 40 operations per year.
