In order to comply with the Disability Equality Act, all stations in Switzerland should be accessible to disabled people by 2023.

On the basis of these guidelines, the program management BZU23 East has bundleds stations to be serviced by general planners. SBB is also responsible for planning and specialized work.

Call for tenders for the general planning of specialized areas of civil engineering, load-bearing structures, architecture, electrical planning, the environment and the environment. geology for the partial phases SIA belows, in accordance with standard SIA 112 Model and the regulations concerning benefits and fees (SIA 103, 106, 102, 108) 31, 32, 33, 41, 51, 52, 53.

Detailed description of the project: cf. chapter 2 of the project description and tasks.

In accordance with the following evidence.

P 1: a comparable baseline project for the construction of infrastructure (transport), less than 15 years old.years, total construction cost ≥ 20, 000, 000 CHF, with leading role in the project design and implementation phases (overall coordination).

P 2: a comparable reference project for infrastructure construction (transport), less than 10 years old, total construction cost ≥ 10 000 000 CHF, with management function in the project design and implementation phases(overall coordination).

P 3: a comparable reference project dating back less than 10 years, without interruption to railway operations, amount of civil works ≥ CHF 1 000 000 and structural work ≥ 1 000 000 CHF, with preponderant planning function in the field of civil engineering / load-bearing structures, in the project and re-engineering phases.including management of works.

P 4: declaration of the turnover realized by the unit or the units of firm determining (s) during the last 3 years.

P 5: copy of the certificate of the system of quality management according to ISO 9001 or description of the company`s own quality management system, not certified (for the agent communities, the proof must beprovided by the pilot company)

Partial offers are not allowed.

Conditions for countries that have not adhered to WTO agreements: none.

Negotiations: remain reserved.

Conditions governing the procedure: power awarding of public contracts for services in Switzerland only to successful tenderers who ensure compliance with the provisions on the protection ofs workers, working conditions and equal pay for men and women.

Indication of remedies: in accordance with Art. 30 LMP, this publication may be challenged in writing within 20 days of its opening at the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box 9023 St. Gallen. The opposition, to be presented in two copies, will indicate the conclusionsgrounds and means of proof and shall bear the signature of the Appellant Party or its agent. Attached will be a copy of this publication and the exhibits invoked as evidence, where available.
