Remediation and extension ARA Mellingen

The ARA Mellingen has reached its capacity limit. The Wastewater Association Region Mellingen (AVRM) expects a further increase in population and industry, so the ARA should be rehabilitated and expanded.

The project includes:

- the extension of the mechanical pre-cleaning on 2 roads,

- the construction of a MBR,

- demolition of the digestion,

- adaptation of the exhaust air treatment,

- new construction of waste water recovery,

- adjustments of the EMSRL

various modifications and dismantling.

Partial offers are not permitted.

Remediation:

1) Within 10 days from publication at the Administrative Court of the Canton of Aargau, Obere Vorstadt 40, 5001 Aarau, appeal will be filed. The deadlock of the deadlines according to civil procedural law does not apply;

2) TheComplaints must be submitted in writing and must include an application and a reason. That is to say: (a) indicate how the administrative tribunal is to decide and (b) explain the reasons for which this other decision is required;

3) A complaint which does not comply with the requirements of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not be given;
