CAP2030_Mandat of programmist

The objectives of the mission are:

Main Site: Geneva Airport.

The objectives of the mission are:

a) Slice firm: Establishment of:

- architectural program and functional (a program at the final stage and a program at the completion stage),

- detailed technical program including characteristics ofequipment (including life cycle),

- maintenance / maintenance program;

b) Conditional tranche 1 (TC1): assistance to the client as an expert for the parallel studies mandate phase or call for tenders bids;

c) Conditional tranche 2 (TC2): assistance to the project owner in the project studies phase.

Partial offers are not admitted.

Negotiations: negotiations onprizes, discounts and services are prohibited.

Indication of the remedies: the present invitation to tender being subject to the regulation of Geneva on the public procurement (RSGE L 6 05.01), it can be the object of an appeal within 10 days of its publication in FAO at the Administrative Chamber of the Geneva Court of Justice, Rue du Mont-Blanc 18, boxThe appeal must be filed in duplicate, refer to this invitation to tender and contain the duly reasoned submissions, indicating the means of evidence and the signature of the Appellant.

Tenders arriving after the fixed period will be excluded from the tendering procedure.
