Conducting a Risk Analysis for Buried Pipe Systems or gutters not easily accessible from Flamanville, Saint-Alban, Belleville, Golfech, Nogent and Penly.

Main Si: Flamanville NPP, Saint-Alban, Belleville, Golfech, Nogent and Penly.

The market concerns the completion of a complete inventory of buried or gutter pipelines that are difficult to access, as well as the completion of a risk analysis on these pipes, on the EDF sites of Flamanville, Saint-Alban, Belleville, Golfech, Nogent and Penly.

The technical specificationss (CPT) is made available to candidates (see conditions of access in section VI.3).

- the candidate must provide a declaration on the honor to justify that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in Articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11 of the Public Order Code in particular that it meets the obligations concerning the employment of disabled workers defined inArticles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code. This declaration is to be produced by the individual candidates, by each member of a consortium and, where applicable, by the subcontractors present,

- the candidate must submit an extract from the relevant register such as an extract K bis, or, failing that, an equivalent document identifying the candidate. This document is a foby the individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group.

The candidate must provide the financial statements (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for the last 3 financial years available attesting to its financial sustainability.
