Framework March External Project Management (EOM) Meeting

Renewal of framework contracts at external mastery of project management carrying out operations of between EUR 3 000 and EUR 2 000 000 on the sites managed by the DIG on theReunion Island.

Renewal of framework contracts at rates relating to project management missions for the realization of construction operations, development of spaces, restructuring, extension of premises, or maintenance. heritage of the tertiary buildings occupied by the EDF group.

The core mission has the same meaning as in the MOP Law and the CCAG MOE of the enterprise.

This basic mission, and depending on the context of the operation concerned may be added missions additional optional following, at the choice of the MOA,

- the candidatemust provide a declaration of honor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relative to the public markets and in particular, that it is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 512-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers. This declarationis to be produced by the individual candidates, by each member of a consortium and, where appropriate, by the subcontractors present,

- the candidate will have to provide the case for each member of the consortium (if grouping) a extract from K-bis dating back less than 6 months, as well as the professional insurances in mastery of work and in follow-up of building site proving the capacityto carry out operations in TCE.

To be admitted to bid, companies must have made application within the time indicated in the EDF shopping portal and provide all the pieces and all information requested in the notice of march. The main economic and financial criteria are as follows: - the applicant must provide the financial statements (balance sheets andresults) of the last 3 financial years available attesting to its financial sustainability,

- if considering the date of creation of his company, the candidate does not have all the information, give equivalent justifying,

- the candidate or the grouping must have an average annual turnover over the last 3 years available above EUR 201 000,

- the candidate must indicatethe annual turnover achieved with EDF, if any, over the last 3 years, - the candidate must have sufficient knowledge of the local fabric of works companies offering an optimum quality / price ratio, compatible with the requirements of EDF,

- the candidate must provide a presentation of his company, organization, activities and know-how.

NB: if the candidate is a gr(GME), this information should be given in a comprehensive manner.

Applicants must be able to present interlocutors who speak and write French in the technical and commercial fields and who are fully conversant with the French regulations in the field concerned.
