The purpose of this Notice of Advertising is to entrust the execution of all or part of the following tasks of project management described in the decree of 21.12.1993 taken pursuant to Law no. 85-704 ofJuly 15 (MOP law) for works projects whose amount is fixed at 1 000 000 EUR maximum, on all regions AURA, PACA, BFC and Occitanie.

It should be noted that this framework agreement and its subsequent marches can concern only the needs which fall within the 4 exceptional cases of the organization of competitions envisaged with the article 90, II, 1 of the Decree n2016-360 of March 25, 2016 relative to the marches puthe following: (a) For the award of a public works contract for the reuse or rehabilitation of existing works or for the realization of an urban or landscape project; For the award of a public works contract for works carried out for research, testing or experimentation; (c) For the award of a public procurement contract for'work relating to infrastructure works;

d) For the award of a public contract for project management which does not entrust any design mission to the Holder;

Apart from these 4 cases, the master of the book will have to resort to assistance (outside the framework agreement).
